Your privacy is important to us. We want you to feel comfortable using ItsYourNet Hosting services. Because we gather certain types of information about the users of ItsYourNet's services, we feel you should fully understand what information we gather and how we use that information. ItsYourNet employees are required to familiarize themselves with this privacy policy as a condition of their employment, and any employee violating the policy is subject to disciplinary action. What Information Does ItsYourNet Gather?
When you register for a ItsYourNet Hosting account, ItsYourNet obtains contact information, such as your name, address, and phone number, as well as some payment information, however, we do not log or have access to detailed information such as your credit card number. Only our secure merchant account has your credit card payment information of which can not be released to anyone else. When you use ItsYourNet's Hosting service, our systems record basic information about your session, such as the dates and times of use, and the specific Internet address assigned to you. ItsYourNet also tracks requests you make for information on ItsYourNet's products and services, and responses you may provide to ItsYourNet surveys. Finally, ItsYourNet keeps records of your payment history and any communications you have with ItsYourNet's support team. Except in extraordinary circumstances (when we receive a court order, to protect the company's rights or property, or in emergencies where someone's safety is at risk), ItsYourNet does not keep track of what sites you visit when you are using any of the ItsYourNet services.
What Does ItsYourNet Do With This Information?
ItsYourNet uses the information it gathers in order to provide you with the best online experience possible. As you might expect, contact information is used to contact you concerning your account and our company. Payment information is used to validate your identity and to bill you for the services and products you order. Information on your online sessions is used to allocate system resources and to ensure compliance with ItsYourNet's Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Information on your communications with ItsYourNet's support team is used to address the issues raised by your communications. In addition, ItsYourNet regularly sends out mailings regarding the operation of its service and may send other goods and services that it believes may be of interest to you. You may request that ItsYourNet not send you mailings relating to other goods and services by sending an E-mail requesting removal to Admin@ItsYourNet.com. ItsYourNet reserves the right, however, to send bulletins and other important information regarding the service at its discretion.
Does ItsYourNet Share Subscriber Information With Third Parties?
ItsYourNet will not share or disclose information regarding its subscribers except (i) when we receive legal process such as a court order; (ii) when reasonably necessary to protect the company's rights or property; (iii) in emergencies where someone's safety is at risk; or (iv) when it is necessary to provide Affiliates with basic information, such as the product and/or service you order, to provide tracking and reporting of where or how Fees paid are or have been generated.
You should be aware, however, that any information that you disclose in a public space such as a chat room, bulletin board, or personal Web site, and in domain name registration is freely available to anyone else visiting that space unless you have taken steps to safeguard your privacy, or with respect to domain registration, you purchase the domain privacy option when your domain is registered. ItsYourNet can not safeguard any personally identifiable information you disclose in these locations, nor can we ensure that information you voluntarily supply to third parties remains private. Please review the privacy policies of third party sites you frequent to ensure that your privacy preferences are respected.
How Can I Correct or Update the Information?
To request a copy of the contact ItsYourNet has on your Hosting account, send an E-mail with the nature of your request to Admin@ItsYourNet.com. You may correct that information as appropriate by returning a message to the same address. Please keep in mind that under ItsYourNet's Service Level Agreements (SLAs), subscribers are required to provide ItsYourNet with current contact and billing information. ItsYourNet may require a copy of a government issued form of identification before disclosing billing information or before making changes to the billing or contact information on an account.
What Happens to the Information if I Leave ItsYourNet?
If you ever leave ItsYourNet, ItsYourNet will normally delete your personally identifiable account information twelve (12) months after the account is cancelled, unless we are under a legal obligation to retain it. We preserve account information for this short period of time in the event you wish to reactivate your account. However, in the event of any accounting irregularities, ItsYourNet reserves the right to retain your contact and billing information as necessary to resolve the matter.
What Happens to the
Information Affiliates Receive?
If you join our Affiliate Program, you may be required to submit personal information in excess of what a Customer is required to provide, such as for Citizens of the USA, your SSN for Fees paid and further information that may be required to complete issuance of a 1099 Tax Form that will be sent to you in the event your Affiliate earnings are in excess of $599.99 annually paid to you from ItsYourNet. Regardless of joining our Affiliate Program, ItsYourNet, LLC and ItsYourNet.com will never share any of your sensitive contact information (e.g. payment details, SSN, billing or home address, etc.) with any Affiliate, including your "Assigned Sponsor", even if that Sponsor did not have a pre-existing relationship with you. Only Affiliates who personally bring a Customer to us will have your basic contact information (e.g. your first and last name or company name, Affiliate Username, e-mail address, etc.), of which they will have already obtained before you ever joined our Program. The only financial records Affiliates can see are Fees generated from purchase(s) you make which are reported in the Affiliate Office Area and also contain what package(s), product(s), and/or service(s) has/have generated that Fee for them, and you will have the option of being able to contact your Sponsor for support if you choose to do so.

Changes to This Policy and Questions About Privacy
